how it works

1. Book a Call

Schedule a 15-minute consultation with our team to request a contract with our team. Once an agreement is set in place, you’ll simply direct any clients you have to our travel form – we’ll take it from there!

2. Review Client Calendar

We’ll walk your client through the process, gather all of the necessary documents, and send you a custom timeline of any exams or procedures they’ll require. (You get to keep all the fees for these!)

3. Sign and Send

After your client’s last physical exam, all that’s left is to sign and send! We’ll prep the travel certificate, and you can either submit via your VEHCS portal or give the signed documents to your client to mail.

More and more often, I see clinics not offering services when it comes to international pet travel. As the former manager of a vet clinic myself, I know firsthand it’s due to the amount of time and work that goes into them.

Pet owners are stressed and don’t always understand protocols. Some leave it for last minute and make the process more stressful on clinic staff who already have full plates.

I’m here to help bridge this gap between clinics and pet parents. I take care of all the backend work, so all you have to do is examine the pet, administer treatments, and hit “submit.”

Is there a cost to partnering with your service?

Nope! There are zero costs to establishing a contract with us – only a small fee per certificate.

What happens if there are any issues with a pet's travel documents?

We do our best to guarantee zero mistakes by preparing paperwork with ample time for verification. However, if USDA returns a certificate needing a change, we’ll revise immediately and notify the clinic for resubmission.

What level of communication will there be between our clinic and your team?

As your pet concierge, we’ll be available via phone and email. We’ll communicate all important information, timelines, and documents about your traveling pet clients and keep you updated on progress of submission. We may occasionally request documents as well.
